Inosit2/Tracker/55 - FirstStartWizard: Allows adding of accounts twice

If the wizard fails registering an account and the user hits 'finish' a second time .. the account is created a second time with the same name...

first.. on error.. the account should be removed again .. second.. it should check if the account name is already used before creating a new one ..

GOIM .. because.. by 'account' i mean a account setting in GOIM, not a real jabber user account on a jabber server :)

i should think about a better name than 'accounts' for client side settings :)
