Inosit2/Tracker/47 - ChatWindows in WorkBenchWindows aren't activated

When new messages arrive in chat windows which are tabs in an WorkbenchWindow the window needs to be activated, or at least marked as having new messages .. the same way as all all other chat windows are marked ..

Altough people wanting the ChatWindow in the same as the ContactList should change the style of the ContactList to use the default windows border.
