There are various ways to get in contact with the GOIM developers or other GOIM users.

Forums

One of the easiest way is to visit the forums. in the Guestbook/Feedback section you can even post withou signing up. So visit the Discussion Forum.

IRC Channel

You can also join your publicly available IRC channel #goim on the freenode irc network. Grab an IRC client, connect to irc.freenode.net and /join #goim ;)
